Intro

I am very bad at writing bios, so I'll just cut to the chase here. I go by many names, the most recent being yungwake0.

I make music, websites, digital art, and sometimes I larp as some kind of writer/blogger thing on here.

I won't dox myself too much: all you need to know is I am a male in my 20's O̸m̴N̴I̸p̵o̶T̵e̸N̷T̶ ̸e̸L̶d̵r̵I̴t̷C̵H̷ ̵h̵O̴R̷r̶O̶R̸ ̴b̵E̷Y̸o̵N̶D̴ ̴m̷a̵N̷'̸S̵ ̵C̶o̶m̵P̴R̸e̴H̴E̶N̴S̴I̴o̸N̴!̷!̵!̸

The Music

I first started making music with type beats on Bandlab in 2019 after being inspired by some of the trap metal and emo rap artists popular at the time. I did this for a while until about a year later I decided to step up my game and learn Ableton, which is what I use today.

As the underground rap scene got progressively worse, and as I made no real progress in my career from following said scene, I decided to step away from uploading beats for a long while, and focus just on getting better at music. I started messing around with vocals, and in December 2023 I dropped my first song as yungwake0, "for me."

The Website

For as long as I could remember, I was always fond of the act of creating things, the (old) Internet, and programming. All of these things have been second nature to me for as long as I can remember; frontend stuff like HTML and CSS in particular have come naturally to me.

I originally started this website in early 2023, half as a fun side project, and half out of disdain for social media; it's like living in a real life South Park episode 24/7 and it gets old fast.
